Hennessy tour: a 360° – Hennessy inaugurated an exciting new tour during the Journées Particulières 2016. Designed as a multi-sensory experience, the tour takes visitors to the heart of the world of Hennessy.

After 18 months of preparations, the totally revamped Hennessy tour: a 360° is resolutely modern and high-tech. Through this remarkable experience the cognac House shares its savoir-faire with the public and becomes a choice wines and spirits tourism destination.

Visitors to the historic site in Cognac follow the footsteps of the Hennessy family and the Fillioux family, Master Blenders of the House for eight generations. Installations and bold, contemporary scenography create a multi-sensory experience that draws visitors in with dynamic screens, tablets, and visual and sound installations. The result is a memorable 360° backstage immersion, including a peak at cognac production secrets.

Visitors embark on the banks of the Charente for a rich voyage of discovery that recounts the history of the Hennessy saga and includes a visit to the vineyards, a look at artisanal savoir-faire, a tour of the still functioning cellars, as well as a chance to see what it’s like to be a member of the Tasting Committee and follow the guidance of an expert to recognize different cognac aromas. The tour culminates with a visit to a boutique unique in the world offering all Hennessy cognacs, including rare limited editions.

Four choices of tours, from €16 to €120 per person.

Tours available in 7 languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Chinese).

Open every day from April to October, 10 am. to 5 p.m.
From November to April, open from Wednesday through Sunday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
